Let the adventures begin

Hindleap and Woodrow—two outdoor centres run by London Youth—offer young people the chance to get active, try new things and build confidence. But their brands weren’t quite telling that story. With names that caused confusion around location and visual identities that didn’t reflect the energy of their programmes, they were missing opportunities to reach the youth organisations, schools and community groups they hoped to welcome.

Through in-depth research and collaborative workshops, we helped define what made each site special—capturing their shared ethos while allowing space for their individual characters to come through. We streamlined the centre names, introduced clear straplines, and developed new identities full of warmth and possibility. With playful language, bespoke glyphs and imagery rooted in real experience, the new brand draws people in and celebrates the joy of discovery. Behind the scenes, we shaped a dual-branding strategy—balancing local visibility with the strength of their parent brand, London Youth.
